If you want to actully get this done you will need a minuimu of a USB analyzer. I'm not sure how anyone would be able to do that without it.
| Oct 3 at 21:44 | comment | added | Flamethrower | I'm not sure how that should help, but it's not getting detected by DS4Windows. | |

I first tried to copy a OEM wired contrller but had no luck, when I copied and cloned this one I was able to make it work.

| Oct 2 at 0:33 | comment | added | jsotola | this site may help ... it has a couple of report data dumps that you could hardcode into your program for testing ... psdevwiki.com/ps4/DS4-USB | |
| Oct 1 at 20:55 | comment | added | Flamethrower | @jsotola Huh, I didn't know of its existence. Unfortunately, it seems it manages to do as much as my core, as the PS4 doesn't recognize it either. | |

google DS4 arduino ... one of the hits is docs.arduino.cc/libraries/ds4 ... you could try it to see if PS4 "likes" it

| Oct 1 at 18:43 | comment | added | Flamethrower | @jsotola Isn't that what I've already done taking it from the wiki? Also, the DS4 library is to make an Arduino communicate with, not emulate, a DS4, so how would that help? | |
| Oct 1 at 17:36 | comment | added | jsotola | copy a valid report from a working DS4 ... there are projects on the internet that have 64 byte data captures available ... or try the DS4 library | |
