type hints: Remove duplication errors by heuristics
There are multi-signature functions with identical parameters
which differ in parameter name or result type.
Fix them by removal of the most likely mistake.
As a drive-by, the old fixup_multilines function of parser.py
became obsolete.
Result is from 30 down to 16.
