Documentation: Rename Qt Designer to Qt Widgets Designer
Use *Qt Widgets Designer* (emphasis/italics) instead of
**Qt Widgets Designer** (bold) consistently.
Also fix pyside-designer.rst (Qt Widget Designer -> Qt Widgets
Designer).
