shiboken6: Use exceptions in the doc generator
Some fatal messages were warnings only due to too deeply nested
functions.
As a drive by, make error message about additional documentation
more verbose.
Complements f7901b0b29e831a3799bd7fc39dbdf5e67271ae8.
