Hourly activity and reminders to move no longer sync after time change.

The settings for hours to track for steps is no longer functioning after time change. There are three different places to set the time, but none of them sync with each other or stay set once saved.

@Snowden24   This is a known longstanding issue with Fitbit.  Don’t try to fix it.  Should be fine tomorrow.
