@jlally  same thing happened to me. My dog walk this morning didn't auto detect but I saw 1969 steps logged on the device. I came back home, synced to my phone and now both reflect 350 steps. Pretty wild for a .5 mile dog walk.   The company I work for put out a notification yesterday about issues with Cloudflare servers. @Bfm129 I suspect my dog walks aren't appearing accurately over the past few days, also...but I haven't had time to deeply look into it. I do KNOW I logged these yoga sessions this morning from my watch and they aren't on the app now. None of us should have to force stop, restart, uninstall, reinstall, etc. this often. This device is awful, the support is lackluster, and the cost is insane.  I hope nobody else wastes their money on this device after reading this. I've had this watch for less than two months and in that time, it has stopped sending notifications, stopped logging food, the sleep tracking functionality is a complete functionality gamble and works only when it seems like it wants to, and now I can't even log an exercise on my device and have it show on my phone. SAVE. Someone continues to mark Manufitbit as the best answer. Why? That answer has not resolved the issue for anyone...I've removed it as best answer again for that exact reason.    Give us a timeline on when this will be resolved. Acknowledge that it is something on Fitbit's end. Without the food logging ability, this device is hardly more than a glorified pedometer. I already have that built into my phone for free.  I sincerely wish I hadn't wasted my money on this device. Lesson learned. I won't continue with Fitbit once this one dies.  I should've continued just using the free version of MyFitnessPal and been happy with life.  ... View more

@ManuFitbit this does not resolve the issue. I've tried all of these steps and the food search still is not working.    It seems this is a much wider spread issue than I even initially thought. My thread here is filled with comments of people experiencing the same exact issue and I see at least 2 other separate threads on exactly this.   I appreciate your help but this is extremely frustrating. I've barely had my Fitbit for a month. How does Fitbit actually expect me to pay for the $80 premium subscription when in this short time the food log has stopped working, notifications on the device stopped working, sleep tracking functionality has been poor with the trackers only functioning when it seems like they want to.   Food logging is the ENTIRE reason I purchased this device, to help with weight loss.
