Introducing Strava Integration, New Fitness Prompt Pack & More

Automatically capture your workouts, adventures, and activities from Strava directly into Day One.

The latest version of Day One for iPhone and iPad (version 2025.22) includes:

New: Connect Strava to Day One

Day One now integrates with Strava, allowing you to automatically import your workouts as individual journal entries. Once connected, your Strava activities appear in a dedicated Strava journal, complete with route maps, activity stats, weather, and other details.

Here’s what you can do with the new Strava integration for Day One:

  • Import your full Strava activity history automatically.
  • Add titles, descriptions, stats, and notes from Strava to each entry.
  • See weather and location data for context.
  • Explore interactive route maps in each entry.
  • Sync new activities automatically as you record them in Strava.
