Here’s what you can do with the new Strava integration for Day One:
- Import your full Strava activity history automatically.
- Add titles, descriptions, stats, and notes from Strava to each entry.
- See weather and location data for context.
- Explore interactive route maps in each entry.
- Sync new activities automatically as you record them in Strava.
