When you get to one of the green "adapter cells" that shares one face with the higher res voxel grid, identify which of its sample points are inside or outside of the surface, just like you would with Marching Cubes, except the adapter cells have an extra 5 sample points to check, in a plus shape along the high res face. Just like with Marching Cubes, you use this pattern of inside & outside sample points to select and transform a template mesh from the lookup table. The implementation should be fairly analogous to your existing Marching Cubes code

So yeah I know the goal is not to "hire" someone to write the entire code, but a pseudo code of what we have to do with table and in which order to work, what the initial input, what the final output would be an enormous help (for me and future guys interested with this algorithm)

You probably won't get a complete implementation in an answer though, since this is not a coding for hire service.

Does that help you Honestly no, because you explain well what will the algorithm do with an abstract view of how. But here is not the question, the question was how it seriously work and how to implement it. (Remember, I don't have any code except the table !). Despite it look like a great answer, I cannot give you the upvote/tick.
