Each character can assign 4 normal abilities and 1 ultimate on a action bar. The type of action bar and actions you can choose are limited by your weapon type. There are general actions that work with all weapons and specific actions that can only be used if a certain weapon is equipped. A player can cycle between 2 weapons and as such has 2 action bars with 5 spells each. TESO allows for different staffs as well, restoration staff, lightning staff, etc… And for each staff different abilities can be learned. | |
