Camera is skipping frames after turning a little bit

I'm observing that when I move the camera a little bit it works normally, but if I move more then I'll skip chunks of the screen.

I enabled "press CTRL twice to show cursor" with Powertoys and I think I figured out what is causing the issue, but I have no idea how to fix it.

In this image hopefully you can see that when the cursor hits the edge of the screen it'll recenter the cursor to the center of the screen, the issue is that when this happens the camera in game moves way more than it should.

Is this a common issue? Or how can I prevent this from happening?
