Kolter's Mission Statement 

At Kolter Elementary School, we cultivate a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued and empowered to grow as both a learner and a global citizen. We emphasize strong character and responsible citizenship, guiding students to become thoughtful, compassionate members of their community. As a Foreign Language Magnet School, we inspire students to develop cultural awareness and global perspectives through an integrated and engaging academic program.
