Are managed identities for multi-container webapps supported?

Hi!

Are managed identities for multi-container webapps (compose) supported?
I read here that its not supported, but that post is from April 2019. Is that still the case?

Where can i keep up to date what features are/ are not supported for multi-container webapps?

    Hello @Sebastian Köcke ,

    No, managed identities is not supported. Multi-container webapps in Web App for Containers is still in preview. You can keep up to date by checking this documentation or on the App Service Team blog site.

    As I've struggled with this for a lot of hours and now finally found this answer: is this still not supported?

    What are my alternatives if I want to use the Azure SDK in my multi-container app?

    As of today,

    Preview limitations
    Multi-container is currently in preview. The following App Service platform features are not supported:

    Authentication / Authorization
    Managed Identities
    CORS
    VNET integration is not supported for Docker Compose scenarios
    Docker Compose on Azure App Services currently has a limit of 4,000 characters at this time.
