Updated build process to produce cleaner result

Updated build process to produce cleaner result

Deletes the build directory before a new build, to ensure a clean
environment instead of potentially including old/draft files built in
development.
Also updates the deploy ordering so search is done after prod build to
ensure the index represents the current prod content.
