构造哨位。

1) 默认构造函数，使用 ranges::sentinel_t<Base>() 值初始化底层哨位 (用 end_ 指代)。
2) 转换 /*sentinel*/<false> 到 /*sentinel*/<true>，使用 i 的对应成员移动构造底层哨位 end_。

此类型还拥有两个私有构造函数被应用于 adjacent_view::end， 此构造函数无法被用户访问。
