Creates PolyLine object

**attr - key word attributes
    Defaults:
        'colour'= 'black',          - wx.Pen Colour any wx.NamedColour
        'width'= 1,                 - Pen width
        'style'= wx.SOLID,          - wx.Pen style
        'legend'= ''                - Line Legend to display
