Send Feedback for Pixel Buds

Important: Feedback is only supported on Android devices. To learn more about the data you share with Google, please check Google’s Privacy Policy.

To send feedback:

  1. On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to your Settings and then Connected devices and then Pixel Buds settings Settings and then Device details.
    On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app Pixel Buds and select your paired Pixel Buds.

  2. Tap More settings.

  3. Under “Information,” tap Send feedback.

  4. Write a detailed description of your feedback.

  5. Tap Send .

If you submit a feedback report, you won’t get a reply. If you need help fixing an issue, please contact us.

When your Pixel Buds are connected

  1. Tap and hold the Home button.

  2. Tap Headphone Settings.

  3. Tap Send feedback.

  4. Write a detailed description of your feedback.

  5. In the upper-right corner, tap Send .

If your Pixel Buds are not connected

  1. Open the Google app Google Search.

  2. Tap More More and then Settings.

  3. Under “Google Assistant,” tap Settings and then Assistant.

  4. Under “Assistant Devices,” tap Pixel Buds.

  5. Tap Send feedback.

  6. Write a detailed description of your feedback.

  7. In the upper-right corner, tap Send .
