The registration window for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Common Recruitment Examination (CRE‑4) 2025 is set to close on 2 December 2025 at 5:00 PM, according to the schedule released earlier by the institute. A total of 1,383 Group B and Group C posts are available across AIIMS institutes and affiliated healthcare bodies nationwide. Eligible candidates who have not yet submitted their applications must complete the process promptly to meet the deadline. The recruitment drive offers positions in administrative, technical, medical-support, and allied healthcare roles, making it one of the largest multi-disciplinary AIIMS hiring exercises in recent years.

Who can apply

The CRE‑4 2025 recruitment includes vacancies across multiple categories:
  • Administrative positions such as junior administrative assistants, lower division clerks, and personal assistants.
  • Technical roles including junior engineers in civil, electrical, and AC streams.
  • Medical-support posts such as staff nurses, pharmacists, lab technicians, radiology technicians, medical record officers, and OT/anaesthesia technicians.
  • Allied services including dieticians, library assistants, drivers, security personnel, and other support roles.
Educational requirements vary by post, ranging from 10th pass to post-graduate qualifications, depending on the nature and level of the position. Age limits and other eligibility criteria are defined by post and category. Candidates must consult the official notification to ensure they meet the requirements before applying.

Application timeline and selection process

The online application process began on 14 November 2025. Government, semi-government, PSU, and autonomous institution employees must submit their No Objection Certificate (NOC) by 6 December 2025.
The selection process consists of a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by a skill test for specified posts and document verification. The CBT is tentatively scheduled between 22 and 24 December 2025. Candidates are advised to carefully verify all personal, educational, and category-related details, as corrections after the deadline may not be possible.

How to apply

Candidates must complete the registration and application process via the official AIIMS recruitment portal (aiimsexams.ac.in) before the closing date. The steps are:
  • Register using a valid email address and mobile number.
  • Complete the application form with personal, educational, and post-preference details.
  • Upload required documents, including photograph, signature, and other relevant certificates.
  • Pay the application fee online: ₹3,000 for General/OBC/EWS candidates, ₹2,400 for SC/ST candidates. Persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) are exempt from the fee.
  • Submit the application and download the confirmation page for record-keeping.
