'Masti 4' released in theatres on November 21 and clashed with Farhan Akhtar's '120 Bahadur'. Both the movies had a similar start and both were not impressive. However, '120 Bahadur' did end up having an edge over Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani starrer adult comedy. There were more positive reviews for the war drama. However, despite these two new releases, it was 'De De Pyaar De 2' which continued to dominate over the newer releases. And now on this Friday, November 28, Dhanush and Kriti Sanon's intense romantic drama 'Tere Ishq Mein' released which led to a further drop in the numbers of both these movies. 'Masti 4' opened at Rs 2.75 crore on day 1, Friday and repeated the same number on Saturday. Sunday (Day 3) brought a mild uptick to Rs 3 crore, but Monday (Day 4) saw a further decline with collections slipping to Rs 1.50 crore.
