TrailCon 2025 kicks off on Tuesday morning with a Run to the Escarpment x On CloudUltra Demo event that is NOT. TO. BE. MISSED!

Participants will meet at the aerial tram building at 630am and be treated to the FIRST EVER On CloudUltra Pro demo event.

Attendees can choose from two ascent routes, both of which finish at the Escarpment, made famous by the early morning cheer zone at the Western States Endurance Run and countless extreme ski movies. At the escarpment, On will treat you with coffee, pastries, and a DJ thrown in for good measure. The goal of this demo is to put the new CloudUltra Pro to the test, enjoy the company of new and old friends, and enjoy some epic beats at one of Lake Tahoe’s most scenic overlooks.

The most immersive ascent route to the Escarpment begins at the tram building and ascends the 4.4-mile (2.5k) uphill route that showcases the best singletrack sections of the Broken Arrow Skyrace 23k course.

The quickest and much easier/welcoming ascent route involves a 2,000-foot tram ride to High Camp, with surprises along the way from our friends at On. From High Camp, followed by a 1-mile (600-foot) scenic stroll to the Escarpment.

Look for On athletes including David Kilgore, David Norris, Ellie Pell, Megan Mackenzie, Zach Friedley, and more along the way.

After a summit party, the group will descend to the valley floor on foot, or utilize the tram to download.
