Gina Lucrezi
Gina Lucrezi is best known for strategic community building and as an advocate for equity in outdoor recreation.
She utilized her professional trail running experience and business expertise to create Trail Sisters, a nation-wide community-focused organization spearheading equity and opportunity for women in the running industry. Trail Sisters consists of over 150 local running groups around the USA and Canada, trail running retreats, a crowd sourced journal including free resources and business directory, and a race calendar promoting Trail Sisters Approved races. She is also the race director for the Lake Sonoma 50M, Marathon, and Trail Sisters Trail Race events in Lake Sonoma, CA and Buena Vista, CO.
Gina’s passion for community work also extends locally to Chaffee County, Colorado where she serves as a County Commissioner. She is the Board liaison to various public land councils, a member of the BLM Rock Mountain Resource Advisory Committee, Vice President of Chaffee County Search and Rescue-North, and a member of the Hardrock 100 Equity Committee.
