We’re now a stronger business, with more growth opportunities than ever before, and the numbers speak for themselves: 📈 FY25 highlights • Revenue up 14% • Operating profit up 31% • Record order book of $263m up 16% Behind these results is a relentless focus on continuous improvement. We’ve reimagined how we work, improving production efficiency, reducing scrap, and increasing capacity across our global footprint. We’ve launched world-leading products and technologies, and partnered on a record number of development programmes, strengthening our competitive edge and building excitement across our customer base. And we’re not stopping here. We’re on track to exceed our revenue targets and achieve our margin goals in 2026 with confidence in our ability to deliver sustained growth and improved returns over the long term. Over four million service personnel, law enforcement and first responders rely on our mission-critical protection every day and none of this would be possible without our exceptional team. We’re proud to share that we’ve won the Greenhouse Award at Tulip Interfaces 2025 Operations Calling Conference. This award celebrates teams that use Tulip to drive production excellence and continuous transformation. Over the past year, our Cleveland Operations team, Tulip app developers, and IT partners have worked together to digitise and optimise processes. Their cross-functional collaboration has empowered employees, solved operational challenges, and enabled continuous transformation. Congratulations team!

We’re now halfway through DSEI UK so come and meet the Team Wendy and Avon Protection teams at Stand N3-310, where we’ve been showcasing the latest in integrated head and respiratory protection systems. On display: our newly unveiled MITR-PG1 Powered Goggles and the RIFLETECH Ballistic Helmet with new comfort pad system. We’re also sharing exciting new concepts in development, including a shallow water rebreather, the MITR communications system, and a TBI sensor system supporting research into traumatic brain injury. We’ve just wrapped up our 5th Professional Development Programme with 14 participants showcasing their year of growth, learning, and impact to our Executive and Leadership teams. From transforming assignments to stepping into bold new projects, they brought energy, passion, and purpose to every step of the programme. We’re pleased to confirm that the UK Ministry of Defence has placed an order worth approximately £10.2 million for Avon Protection FM50 respirators in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This order will be delivered in the FY26 financial year and further adds to our strong order book. Jos Sclater, Chief Executive Officer, commented: “We are proud of the contribution Avon Protection provides to the national security of the United Kingdom and its international partners. We’re pleased to confirm that Avon Protection has received a delivery order worth $18.3 million from the US Department of Defense for the M50 Joint Service General Purpose mask and related carriers under the existing M50 framework contract.   Commenting on the order, Jos Sclater, CEO, said: “We have a long standing partnership with the US Department of Defence to supply our world-leading M50 CBRN mask. This order further demonstrates the recurring nature of the DoD’s demand as they continue to invest in protecting the lives of their war fighters in an increasingly prevalent CBRN threat environment.” Read more: https://lnkd.in/dP69znJ9

Today we announced another excellent set of financial results and record order book. Highlights include: 📈 Revenue up 17% to $148.7m 💼 Adjusted operating profit up 48% to $17.5m 📦 Record order book up 24% to $247m 🛡️ Major new orders from NATO and the US Department of Defense We remain on track to achieve our margin targets a year early than originally guided, in 2026 and are achieving this while increasing our spend on R&D, new products and building our people’s continuous improvement capability.
