I've installed Visual Studio Code and PHP 8.3 from KDE Discover, but now I have no idea how to actually start the PHP Server.

I'm able to do all my PHP Development in VSCode, but no way to actually test my code and run it.

Running php -v from my Terminal doesn't work even though. I get this:

php: command not found

And you can see I clearly have PHP installed from KDE Discover.: PHP Installed on SteamOS
