We’ll review your project details to determine if it’s a good fit. If it is, we’ll discuss your goals and guide you on how to submit your content using a simple form. From there, our designers will create a custom layout and design based on the information you provide.

By designing your site for free, we remove the biggest barrier to getting online — time. You’ll receive a professionally built website created by our experienced design team, at no extra cost beyond your plan purchase.

We’ll begin your site as soon as your content is submitted, with most builds completed within 7–10 business days.

Your website will be built by our experienced design team, which has created sites for thousands of WordPress.com customers. We use the latest WordPress.com tools and blocks to craft a professional, modern layout — without relying on third-party themes or plugins. While we don’t build from mockups or external websites, we’re happy to incorporate your preferred colors or fonts to ensure the design reflects your brand.

Our website design service doesn’t migrate or import content from existing sites. Instead, you’ll provide the text and images you’d like included, and our team will create a fresh, custom design using that content. But if you need help transferring your content, we offer a dedicated service for that.

Additional pages are available for $69 each. Just let us know how many you need, and we’ll include them in your project.

Once your site is ready, you’ll have full access to the WordPress editor. You can update text, swap out images, change colors, add new pages, or make any other adjustments you’d like. The site won’t go live until you’re ready — launch it on your schedule. While revisions aren’t included, you’ll have complete control to make any edits after delivery.

Yes. Once your site is finished, it’s completely yours. You’ll be able to edit everything directly from your WordPress Dashboard. The design is built using features included with the Business plan, so keeping that plan ensures your site looks and functions exactly as designed.

Your site will be hosted on WordPress.com, which provides 99.999% uptime, fast global performance, automatic updates, and advanced security. If you already have a domain name, our Support team can help you connect it to your new site after it’s complete.

All new WordPress.com plans include our standard 14-day refund window. If you decide the Business plan isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
