Avoid Using Jetpack!!!

    My business partner and I purchased a business and website that came with jetpack. It had operated for 5 hears with zero problems. There was an added account/website that was attached to our business account (previous owner). It was a dead website. Contacted jetpack to remove it. Zero problem. Less than a month late they claim we sell “illegal and highly regulated items”. Which our business does not. We follow the law and sell inert metal, that is not regulated in anyway. The refused to provide documentation shower what part of any of their policies we broke. Even taking weeks to reply, if they did at all. They blocked us from using any service through jetpack, woo commerce or even using wordpress login. Stay away!!!
