Cannot reset password – captcha error

Hi,

My website has issues allowing users to reset their passwords.

I click on it, and get an error https://riaglo.com/log-in/?errors=invalid_captcha&action=reset_pass

That is if I use incognito. And I have even excluded that page from caching and any JS optimisation will not have recaptcha.

Now on the normal browser, it won’t even do anything, the page simply refreshes, no password sent
