Error REST + Timeout

Hi,

I’ve installed the plugin because it looks like what I am looking for and I’ll be happy to upgrade if it works and improves load times.

The site has over 100,000 images.

A timeout + REST error is returned (REST works with CURL, returns 200).

Server logs:

Warning - mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds, referer: https://domain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=webpc_admin_page Error - End of script output before headers: index.php, referer: https://domain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=webpc_admin_page

The server log does not indicate any errors. Please check the debug.log file and tell me what errors there are.

I checked the debug.log file but there is nothing related to this plugin, only a few repeating old plugin errors (shipping related, rating related).

I understand, @mikekatz12. It’s hard for me to say anything more, then. Most often, such errors with large numbers of images occur for two reasons: too low a limit in memory_limit or too short a time in max_execution_time.

Thanks, how much max_execution_time would you recommend for this?

@mikekatz12, what are your current memory_limit and max_execution_time values? You can check this in our plugin settings, in the Help Center tab. Search for these values—you’ll find them there.

memory_limit is 5012M

max_execution_time shows this –

@mikekatz12, so your limits are huge, and that’s not the reason. Unfortunately, I can’t help you in this situation, as there are no errors in the debug.log or the server error log.

I’m sorry, but I hope you understand me – unfortunately I can’t guess.
