I can no longer access my email address and am locked out due to Account Protect

"I can no longer access my email address that was used for my WordPress account. The Account Protection feature has locked me out of my site. I am the site owner but cannot receive the verification emails. Please help me deactivate Account Protection so I can regain access to my WordPress admin area."
