Issue with Update Notification Emails Showing Raw CSS

I’m using the WP HTML Mail – Email Template Designer plugin on my WordPress site. Most emails (including password reset emails) display perfectly with the template.

However, the WordPress update notification emails (e.g., “Some plugins were automatically updated”) are displaying incorrectly — the raw CSS and meta tags are shown directly in the message body. This happens both in Gmail and Apple Mail, so it doesn’t appear to be client-specific.

Would it be possible to:

• Exclude only WordPress update notification emails from being templated, while keeping the template applied to password resets and other system/plugin emails, or
• Adjust the way the template is injected into these update emails so they render properly across clients?
