    I’m really tired.

    I’m a pro member, but if I try to contact the support page on their site, I don’t have time to give all the information they ask for and I’m disconnected from the site by clicking continue.

    I’ve tried several times without success, every time I fill in a page, I click continue and they ask me to reconnect, forcing me to rewrite and redo everything.

    I’m going to have to delete this stupid plugin that refuses to support its pro members because it’s seriously clogging up my database with dirsize_cache.

    Every day, when I go to Litespeed cache Database, I can see that the database that takes up the most space is called dirsize_cache.

    When I went to PHPMYADMIN, I saw that it came from this plugin: itsec-storage

    Fortunately, I clean up the database every day with Litespeed, but if I don’t work on the site for several days, it’s likely to be down due to the size of the database!

    And I can’t contact support to help me, and they don’t seem to be very active here either!
