• Hi there, I got a problem, and I do not think it’s LOCO’s fault, but I hope ill manage to get some help here… I can’t succeed to translate the DIVI theme, using LOCO (and again, I do not think its loco’s problem).

DIVI comes, as they say, with all its strings translated to all languages, but some strings stay in English. So, I have installed LOCO, uploaded their PO file (that has been downloaded from their site), and then tried to sync it with the theme’s files, to create a template, I got only 32 strings, that are available for translation. In the PO there were 800 strings.

Any idea what can I do to make DIVI get exposed to LOCO?

    Thank you!!!!

Creating a template extracts strings from source code; it does not sync from a another PO file. This is probably why you get only 32 strings.

If you want to translate the 800 strings in their PO file, use the Copy function. See the guide: How to customize existing translations

Alternatively set a PO file as the configured template in the bundle configuration.

Thank you Tim for your answer.

it seems as WP does not push translations from DIVI’s translation base.

I hope that the problem is really that DIVI has not translated these strings.

Ill take look at your hints. Thank you
