Removing Shortcodes and HTML codes from result snippet

Hi,

In my search results, I am getting shortcodes, and other coding in the snippets on the search results screen. I am using Divi Theme. How do I strip out shortcodes and other code snippets, particularly when rendered via Divi Modules?
