Since 2017, our internal forums and staff groups have helped to champion everyday inclusion and build a supportive open culture. In 2023, we conducted our first disability smart benchmark – and in 2024 we entered the social mobility employer index, which encourages us to continually expand and evolve areas of focus across our diversity, equality and inclusion strategy.
