El Coyote Cantina enables guests to build street-style tacos, burritos or bowls with fresh authentic flavors

Worley, Idaho; August 7, 2025 – Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel today announces its newest eatery – El Coyote Cantina – the eighth food place at the award-winning entertainment venue.

When selecting their meal, guests first choose a protein from Pork Carnitas, Beef Birria, Chicken Verde, or Sofrito Fundito (vegetarian). Build Your Own choices follow and include black or pinto beans, cilantro lime or Spanish rice, rojo sauce, cheese blend, pico de gallo, salsa maria, salsa verde, citrus elote, esabeche, or Coyote Street Mix (jalapeño, green pepper, onion and cilantro).

Prices for Build Your Own tacos, burritos or bowls range from $9-$12. Extras are available for an added cost and include queso sauce, guacamole, ceviche, fruta fresca, and tortilla chips and salsa.

For those who don’t want to build their own dish from scratch, there are Coyote Combos available such as Bark at the Moon Burrito, Fundito, or Trifecta (all three meats in a rice bowl with a choice of beans, topping and salsa). The combos range from $13 to $20.

Virtually every authentic Mexican-themed eatery worth its salt offers Margaritas and Cervezas, and Coyote Cantina is no exception. Mexican Coke, Mexican Sprite, and Mexican Fanta Orange are also available.

Located in the Food Court in the center of the casino between the Spa and Mountain wings of the hotel, El Coyote Cantina hours are Friday and Saturday from noon to midnight and Sunday from noon to 8 pm.

“El Coyote Cantina provides a unique, delicious and convenient dining experience that our guests requested,” said Alex Santos, Executive Chef, Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel.

Other eateries and restaurants at the casino resort include Chinook Steak, Seafood & Pasta, Red Tail Bar & Grill, Huckleberry Deli, Little Dragon, Arrowhead Pizza, Twisted Earth Grill, and Jackpot Java.

“We offer an array of tastes for every palate,” said Chef Santos. “Our casino guests have spoken, and we have listened and answered their desire for a wide variety of delicious foods.”
