Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Settings -> General
- Choose dark theme
- Go to Protection -> Safari protection -> User rules
- Tap on 3 dots (context menu)
Expected Behavior
Context menu is black or dark-gray
Actual Behavior
Context menu is white

If you choose system default theme in the app and system theme is dark, context menu is dark-gray
