Add a toggle for System protection to Control Center

Since other apps are adding their own buttons to control center now (Instagram, ChatGPT, various translators, etc.), it'd be nice to have our own button added there, too.

Use case:

The reason for this, some app, like my bank app, don’t allow me to login while DNS protection is on. As it’s considered VPN, so every time I have to go the app to turn it off or turn it on. So appreciate if you can make a toggle on control center for this. I’m on IOS Thank you (CRM ID 1151709)
