  3. beefed up "getting started" and "common points of confusion" 

    - Added LuaCATS overview to "getting started"
- Added a few things relating to tables to the "common points of confusion" section
- Added brief outline of how to discuss methods
- reworded introductory paragraph in "metatables" page, and clarified shorthand syntax for `__index` metamethod
