[Feature]: Add checkboxes options to the editing tools

Feature description

For some time now we have some options to edit PDFs from pdf.js, to add texts, signature, highlights, images or draws.
An important number of the edits one can do is to complete forms, and those are likely to contains checkboxes. It would be a useful addition to be able to check them and/or add a checkmark depending on the cases.

Note that as the feature isn't here, it's possible to try to add a Unicode check mark character in a text field, but I discovered some issues with this and as such will open another bug issue I'll also link here.
