v10 fix

Rearranged GPIO pins

-Boot was removed from I2C_INT
-GPIO4 was moved from G0 to I2C_INT
-GPIO12 was moved from G1 to G4
-Moved GPIO25/26 from G4/5 to G0/1
-Swapped GPIO16/17 from G2/3 to G3/2
