Is your company brand strong enough to be using AI in interviews? I just spent weeks in deep conversation with some of America’s top recruitment mentors and it led me to two questions every founder, exec, and brand owner should ask before they touch AI interviewing. That’s what this video’s about. 👇

Nothing like a little friendly competition to wrap up the week! 🎳 The Inventure crew hit the lanes last night and had a blast - special shoutout to Michael Labrecque for his bowling dominance with a 167 and even bowling a "turkey"! 🏆

After hundreds of company feedback sessions this year, one pattern has emerged for all the most successful interviewees: They don’t just answer the interviewer's questions. They question their answers. I’ve sat in a lot of interviews over the years, on both sides of the table. And one thing I’ve learned is that great candidates don’t play defense. They’re not trying to impress you with polish or memorized talking points. They’re trying to understand how the business actually works. They want to know what’s broken, what’s changing, and what winning really looks like from the inside. When you ask them something, they don’t rush to respond. They pause. They clarify. They challenge the assumption behind the question. They’re really focused on understanding the problem. They ask hard and direct questions, and don’t stop until they know what actually needs fixing. And that’s what great hires do. They redefine the problem. They make you think differently about your own business. They make the team sharper. If every answer feels easy, you probably didn’t meet someone exceptional. Look for the person who asks the question that makes you stop and think. That’s the person who’ll change the outcome.
