The global premiere dates for Doctor Who's upcoming 60th anniversary specials have been announced, revealing just how long we'll have to wait to see the Doctor and Donna's highly anticipated reunion.

There's nothing terribly revelatory in Doctor Who's new 60-second trailer, which features a lot of footage already seen in the previous trailer. However, what is new are the specials' release dates. The first special titled "The Star Beast" will premiere on Nov. 25, followed by "Wild Blue Yonder" on Dec. 2, then "The Giggle" on Dec. 9. All three will be available to stream on Disney+ globally, or on the BBC in the UK and Ireland.

These three specials will reunite the Doctor (David Tennant), now in his Fourteenth incarnation, and his previous companion Donna Temple-Noble (Catherine Tate). Hopefully it will provide some answers as to why the Doctor's current regeneration looks an awful lot like his Tenth, though the duo will likely be preoccupied dealing with classic Doctor Who villain The Toymaker (Neil Patrick Harris). This will be the Toymaker's first appearance in modern Doctor Who, and Harris' series debut.

Tennant and Tate aren't the only Doctor Who alumni returning for these specials. Showrunner, writer, and co-executive producer Russell T. Davies is retaking his place at the helm, while actors Jacqueline King, Karl Collins, and Jemma Redgrave will also reprise their roles.

Though Tennant's second turn as the Doctor is exciting for fans, he won't be sticking around for long. Last May it was announced that Sex Education actor Ncuti Gatwa would soon take up the sonic screwdriver, though it was generally assumed he would be the Fourteenth Doctor after Jodie Whittaker's departure. Instead he'll be the Fifteenth Doctor, stepping into the TARDIS after Tennant, Tate, and Davis complete their reunion tour.
