parsing who-is-who.txt: trim spaces from author and alias

Update issue #213:
add alias column to CMainDlg::m_hListControl, populate map CMainDlg::m_aliases from file who-is-who.txt

Don't use Aero dialogs on Win10 because it looks just plain ugly there.
To make the Win version check work, add a compatibility manifest file.

Allow filtering for "(no author)".

Fix compiler warnings new in VS2015

After removing an item from the monitored list, force saving the changes.

Exit the loop if no projects are monitored anymore to avoid an exception.

Add a separator between the date and time, and remove the leading space.

Save the data when quitting CM via the main dialog.

Show the date as well as the time when the project was last checked.
