Add a button to fetch the latest commits on request.

Save the url info immediately after editing/adding an url.

Fetch the diff from the repository if it isn't already cached on disk.

Add minimize/maximize buttons to the main dialog.
A minimize will result in closing the dialog, the same as clicking on the OK button.
