Add keyboard shortcuts:
N : go to the next unread item. If there are no more unread items in the currently selected project, move to the next project which has unread items.
B : goes back one message

Implements part of issue #73: Keyboard shortcuts

Check whether the focus in on the OK/Hide button when ENTER is pressed; only close the dialog if the focus is there.
If the focus is on the list control, execute the diff (default action of the context menu).

This fixes issue #77: Pressing "enter" unexpectedly closes "Commit Monitor" application window

Show the time the selected repository was last checked in the info label at the bottom left.
This implements the suggestion in issue #68.

Prevent selecting an entry when doubleclicking on the error text shown over the list control.
This fixes issue #68.

Use a fixed-width font to show the log messages.
This implements issue #60.

Set the default entry in the list control context menu correctly depending on the diff settings.
This fixes issue #59.

Block the list control from updating while removing selected items.
This fixes issue #58.

adjust the slider position infos after restoring the dialog size.

Add the contents of the tree view *after* sizing the control when initializing the main dialog.
This should fix issue #55.

Add new context menu entry for the tree view to mark *all* entries as read, even the entries of all child nodes.
The existing entry is changed to behave that way, the new entry called "Mark node as read" now does what the original entry did before: mark only the selected node as read.

This implements issue #52.
