Use the sktoolslib.

Remove the "using namespace std" statements and explicitly refer to the std namespace where needed.

Use smart pointers for allocating memory and fix a few memory leaks while doing so.
Also replace our custom auto_buffer with std::unique_ptr<>.

* always use <> for system headers

bump the copyright year, remove unwanted spaces and convert some tabs to spaces.

Check for empty project name and show an error balloon/messagebox if it's empty.
(Fixes issue #334) : Creating a new project with just some random text as "URL to monitor" creates a new empty project.

Increase the max number of log entries to keep to 100000, but keep the default as 1000.
(Closes issue #350) : Higher "Max No. of log entries to keep"

Merge the MultiSCCS branch to trunk and fix some minor merge conflicts.
