* subclass the tree view control to catch the WM_SETFOCUS message and set the state of the remove button
* use member variables for the HWNDs of the dialog controls

The remove button deletes either the selected tree or listview item, depending on which control has the focus.

Enable/Disable the toolbar buttons according to the selection state.

Implement dialog resizing.

* use the correct icon for "show diff"
* Only change the tray icon if really something has changed, not every time the data needs to be saved.

Add a toolbar for the various commands.

Fix compiler warnings.

Use predefined messages instead of using RegisterWindowMessage()

Don't select a log entry when selecting a tree item.
