What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tray icon *not* always shown, tray icon animated.
2. Remote user makes a commit
3. Tray icon appears animated
4. Double click to open monitor window
5. Click [Hide]. Dialog closes, tray icon is still present.
6. Double click on tray icon.
7. Click [Hide]. Tray icon is now hidden.
Related method:
1. Use start menu to open the commit monitor window.
2. Click [Hide]. Dialog closes, tray icon appears.
