thanks for all the help, it's working now. That wasn't even too bad. FWIW, I did download the latest .matplotlibrc file off the web at : http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/matplotlibrc It is currently out of date as it contains: ### IMAGES image.aspect : free # free | preserve thanks, Danny __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
