[Php-java-bridge-users] checking PDF signature question

Hi,

I need to check (with php-4.4.4 and apache2) if a given PDF file is 
digitally signed. These PDF files are stored in the server filesystem.

I've told that iText Java library can perform such checking. I installed 
php-java-bridge-4.3.2 and itext4php-1.2.0-1 and tried to run the example 
script "itext_pdf.php" which comes with that package. That didn't work: I 
guess because it is intended for PHP5 only.

Is there any example script that makes use of itext4php-1.2.0-1 but for 
php-4.4.4 or below?
