Sorry I am not more knowledgable about the Java-Bridge. I installed on a
Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon LAMP web server a few months ago. I remember at the
time that I went with the older version of Ubuntu because I found
instructions for that version. I has been working fine since then.
Recently I have been getting intermittent crashes and the error message
appeared to be referring to the Java code, so I suspected that it had
something to do with the Java-Bridge. I contacted this list hoping
someone had seen a similar problem in the past and could shed some light.
As to your question. What is the matter with the PHP/Java Bridge on your operating system? Well I don't know. That is sort of what I was asking.
Anyway, it appears to be working for now. And I have to get back to my
normal duties which is developing apps. Sorry if this was an
inappropriate question.

Hi,
sorry, but I don't understand this question at all. What is the matter
with the PHP/Java Bridge on your operating system?
I do understand that you have problems installing a standard web archive
file into a debian-patched tomcat. But why do you need to destroy objects
manually and which error message do you get when you deploy the
JavaBridge.war file into debian's tomcat?
