@Jost: If I where you, I would start charging support hours for all
those people that
don't have a clue about servlets & java in general, don't take the
time to read the
available documentation and are always asking for "step-by-step" guides.

I'm actually impressed, how you manage to stay
calm with those people instead of just writing RTFM.

Have you read through the documentation & tutorials provided?
Have you read your email before sending it?
Have you tried to make your email(s) understandable by writing short
and precise sentences?

In my opinion, it's actually quite impolite how you are asking for
help and don't even take the
time to format your mails, so that they are easier to understand.
